My Chiropractic Philosophy
I’ve discovered in my over 18 years in practice that while most people’s health improves with just chiropractic care (by allowing the nervous system to function optimally), many people need to have other areas addressed. For instance, if someone is eating foods that are mainly inflammatory, then they could receive daily adjustments without any significant change to their health. I’ve also found the cranial (skull) bones vitally important to be addressed for long term changes. It is for these reasons that I educate my patients about food plus evaluate the cranial bones for adjustments. Finally, I also evaluate how someone is managing their stress. Stress can get stored in the body and the chiropractic adjustment by itself can help significantly. For those that seem to need something “extra”, I have several recommendations I can make.
Chiropractic for pregnant women, their families and neurological-based problems.
I love working with pregnant women and their families. In recent years I’ve also discovered how significant the chiropractic adjustment can help patients dealing with a variety of neurologically-based problems including ADD/ADHD, autism, seizures, tics plus chronic immune system depletion. Helping families who are dealing with a child with behavioral problems, autism, etc., is particularly rewarding as the stress level tends to be quite high.
Helping Wayne families reach optimal health with Chiropractic.
My dream for helping my community would be that every man, woman and child gets their spine checked so that they might have improved nervous and immune systems function. Many people are over-medicated believing that they are going to get improved health only to find the opposite happens over time. Learning to get to the cause of any health problem significantly reduces the need for medication and therefore improves the health of the individual.
